Water Tattoos

I heard of using Rose Water in tattoos. Is it dangerous if the Rose water is all natural?

Rosewater-based solution imported from the UK that actually causes the ink to bubble up through the skin. As well as used for temp tattoos.. or Hana tattoos..It doesn’t seem to be unsafe..

It is also used to remove tattoos.. Used with a tattoo gun, it is like getting a second tattoo but moving in reverse. Rosewater removal is the only procedure some have found that doesn’t seem to leave a scar.
