Dark Tattoo Artists

Are there any tattoo artists in Phoenix, AZ that tattoo dark skin?

I am interested in getting my first tattoo, but am wondering if anyone knows an artist that does colored tattoos on African American skin. I have medium to dark skin (think Sanaa Lathan or Gabrielle Union) and want to make sure that I am with an artist who is experienced. Any information would be great!

Hey check out Elite Tattoo….59th ave and Peoria in Glendale, they used to be in Scottsdale. But they do AMAZING work I would know its my go to place for ink…hey and just so ya know he does Jordan Spark’s ink work (but you didnt hear it from me!!)
