What is the best way to hire a tattoo artist in Singapore?

Hi ! I am helping my friend to look for a Singaporean tattoo artist to work in his tattoo shop in Singapore .. Anybody know what is the best way to do it?? I thought of putting hiring Ads in Singapore’s newspapers but worry it may not attract the tattoo artists’attention.. Anybody know of any Singapore tattoo forum online? Maybe I can go there to put a hiring ad…
